Terms and Conditions for Foreign Students at Learn2Fly Flight School

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Learn2Fly Flight School (“Learn2Fly”) and foreign students (“Student”) attending flight training programs offered by Learn2Fly. By enrolling in our programs, the Student agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment and Admission

2.1 Eligibility: Students must meet the eligibility criteria set by Learn2Fly for enrollment in their chosen programs.

2.2 Application Process: The Student must complete and submit the required application form along with supporting documents. Admission is subject to approval by Learn2Fly.

2.3 Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of the Student to obtain the necessary visas and permits to legally study and reside in the country where Learn2Fly is located.

3. Payment Arrangements

3.1 Tuition Fees: The Student agrees to pay the specified tuition fees for the selected program. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance into the program.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Tuition fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined by Learn2Fly. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in suspension or termination of the training program.

3.3 Refund Policy: Learn2Fly’s refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. It is the Student’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with this policy.

3.4  in the event of a student not completing the flight folio after a flight a fine of R50.00 will be added to the student account. If an aircraft is left untidy or covers not placed back and fuel valve left open on the aircraft after a flight the same fine will apply to the student

4. Accommodation

4.1 Housing Options: Learn2Fly offers accommodation options for international students. Details and associated costs will be provided separately.

4.2 Housing Terms: Students must adhere to the rules and regulations governing the chosen accommodation option. Any damages or violations may result in additional charges or termination of the accommodation agreement.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Compliance: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any breach of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.

5.2 Safety and Security: Students are required to follow all safety and security protocols outlined by Learn2Fly, both on the premises and during flight training.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Liability: Learn2Fly is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the Student while participating in the program, unless caused by the negligence of Learn2Fly.

6.2 Insurance: It is strongly recommended that Students obtain adequate health, travel, and personal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their stay.

7. Termination

Learn2Fly reserves the right to terminate a Student’s enrollment for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of the code of conduct, non-compliance with visa regulations, or failure to meet financial obligations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
